If you make a local server just as the description says.
As long as you host it, anyone can join.
They dont need the mod at all.

No, this doesn't count as an sv_cheats kind of command. This is simply a script that hides the fact it gives you a bunch of buffs in the console because you can actually get achievements with this mod. I hope this answered your question.

Oh god, this add-on mixed with the "real guns" add-on that makes every single bullet one shot expert realism tanks. Time to get super hard achievements like "The Real Deal" without having any challenge.
