Subscribe, restart your game, then look under Q -> Entities -> TF2 Pickups

You need to restart because it's introducing new entities, then you should be okay.

Yep, just need to have team fortress 2 mounted to your server or gmod if you are in a server started from the gmod menu/singleplayer.

They aren't currently persistent, the plates are custom models from that addon but I will be adding heavies throwables(sandvich, fishcake etc) with the next update.
