The mod only applies the hud when you use a morph though.

What HUD mod did you use in the video? I can't seem to find any Team fortress 2 hud addons like the one displayed int he video

It uses square models included in GMod to avoid having to mount tf2 to the server, the tf2 models are clientside.

I know that this is automatically avaliable when you have TF2 installed, but is this addon have different hitboxs that what I usually use? Because the TF2 pickups I used have floating objects.

Thanks this was to make it more friendly for sandbox, rather than having to spawn a large HL2 health kit over and over again.

More modders should mod with the same mindset as you do.
