Judging from the screenshot this is a rip of a fan-made Motoko model from Jedi Academy. So this isn't a rip from an official game.

The HD texturing helps a whole lot, but it's kind of sad how low res and disproportionate the mesh is. There needs to be a new GitS game to rip a more modern Major from.
