Looks awesome but why does it have a solid rear axle shaft like a Ford Pickup truck this totally ruins this car. What were you thinking this has an independent rear assy and easy to implement. Removing this mod what a shame the car itself is beautiful

the engine is backwards in the engine bay

All parts available, nice medeled too.
Comes apparently with no engine, but in the car info you can see which engines should carry
and hence, it can be built from scratch, no big deal.
Which i found odd it was the sale price, not much beyond changing money, since parts are not cheap and takes a bit of work to biult the engine, etc.

I've done some fixes to the tuning parts. Try unsubscribing from workshop, start game. Close game and subscribe to this mod again.

I'm with the others. This last update made it so I can't get into the parking level where I stored it; the output log says No Rustmap Found for this car.

Can't replicate it, works fine on my setup. Maybe i'll release this one as a new workshop car and delete this one.

I enjoyed your mod but apparently is crashing the game after last update and I had to uninstall it

@berner_75, I'm sorry to hear that. The original model had no interior, no grills and really bad shadows due to the black glass, hence I remade it. I've tested the mod several times, it worked fine. It corrupting a save game sounds far fetched, if it is really this mod causing it (and not the 1.5.7 patch today), Red Dot seriously needs to re-evaluate at how they implemented mods.

Why fix it, which worked so well? After the upgrade, this machine does not allow the game to load normally (black screen and music), damaging the saving of the game, removing other vehicles. I had to unsubscribe from this mod, although in the garage and in the parking lot there were 2 cars fully restored and ready for sale ((
Lots of lost in empty time, play honestly earning experience and finding details, and a few more hours in search of problem mods.

I have rebuild the car from scratch, it looks a lot better now. Proper grills and detailed interior. The shop might still show 2 old parts (no thumbnail), that is for the people that still own an older version of this car.

seems like a troll car.. such a good build build the wheels in the back are spinning the other way if you hold w only it does not even go straight :(

I already rebuild it from scratch last night. Fixed the grilles and the interior, they look much better now. I replaced the black windows with normal glass, as it casts really weird shadows (blocks).

Still running into issues with the thumbnails and trunk though ... trying to sort that out.

Thats a pity your not continuing, you appear to do nice work. i appreciate the time and effort from all modders. No rush but thanks when you get a chance to look at it. There appears to be 4 side window A's, 2 left 2 right not sure if they are meant to be different. Front window is ok. Its the rear tailgate or trunk window the pic is a front bumper. all the best . cheers.

@Rob68, that's an annoying bug with the CMS editor. When you have additional tuning parts, it messes up the front_window. I decided to stop modding, but I will keep my promise and redo the 488.

nice job but you need to fix the parts.txt file, and tuning parts as the trunk window doesnt exist it is an extra front bumper keep up the good work

As mentioned in the description, it was my first model .. still had/have a lot to learn. With the experience I have now, i'll probably revisit this model soon to improve.

I can't do anything about the Junkyard spawning, that is out of my control :)

I tried looking for the parts in the junkyard, but it seems like no parts for the 488 are even spawning in the junkyard. If anyone does find them let me know ;)

Couple of things:
There are a couple of parts missing from the store: Both mirrors and the trunk window.
Also the body winodws on the car are named Left/Right Body Window A and in the Store they are named Left/Right Body Window so you cant put them on the car if you buy them in th store.
