I feel like that was a wasted opportunity for a hair vs. hair (or anything else) match. Corbin would have then been able to hold a meaningful, longterm grudge against whoever beat him. Oh well...
As of this weekend, however, Spike Chunsoft requested that the modded moves project stop for now - at least that’s my understanding. I’m not involved with that project, but the work that’s been done in move modding has been incredible. If there’s a time down the road where adding modded moves to my edits makes sense, I will.
The moves that have already been done should still be available, and I’d imagine that Carlzilla will keep the move mod supported within reason, and I’m not against anyone editing what I’ve posted for their own use or to share.
