might be your gmod then as gmod works differently for everyone so it seems i cant help you

ok when i lift it up the sparks do move but laid down it stops

yes that is it trying to attack
try picking it up from the bottom and placing it back down using the physgun
also check if the blade is stuck in the ground

ok and when i get very close to it actually goes like maybe a up and down like and it looks like its try to hit me

i used a saw blade with the physical properties set to supr ice so it has no friction and the thrusters move him (also btw gmod can be inconsistant so what works for some might not work for outhers)

also like if i sprint walk he actually moves a bit but again not much what did you use for feet?

well i did every thing he does follow by eye and turns and he does move a little like walk a little towards me but stops does he also attack you or no just wondering as well

try replacing the machine then walk over to its left then right side to trigger the brain sometimes wiremod can freak out in weird ways and if that dont work it may be your gmod as gmod works differently for some people unfortunatly also is it only this creation that does not work for you or do outher not work aswel

and the electricity legs are spining slow but still not moveing. i even tryed tossing him. it only just made him work a little and then he stop.

it just sits there. i dont know whats wrong i tryed puting it on flat land. and nothing happened.
