the golden age of ss13/14 x rimworld mods has begun

You're not wrong, it was on a semi-permanent "hiatus" for like 5 years, but with the new expansion I couldn't not start working on it again. Progress is slow, I have a day job, but I'm currently working on an atmos system and overhauled scenario for an asteroid station start.

I guess il just delete the paws sprite change, which is what i did years ago when it first released, hell i even re-created Boxstation in god mode as a whole back then... then the game updated and the mod never got updated, before i could even start properly playing on it... Then again my PC was ♥♥♥♥ and dying after one in-game year so whatever.

For those that aren't in the Discord, work continues on the first major content update for the mod in idk how many years.First update will contain a new starting scenario with a pre-built station on an asteroid as well as overhauled raw material and refining production chains to bring the game in line with SS13 construction and production recipes. Please do remember that this is an overhaul mod and it will drastically change the game's progression.

Epic mod

There won't be a "port" to the new update, the mod isn't set up to take advantage of half the new systems and it would be a pain in the ass to update, rather what I'm going to do is take advantage of the new systems to make the mod better than it was originally planned to be, for example now there's actually a system for replicating the vacuum of space whereas before there was not.
I am starting work on a new 1.6 version of the mod built to take advantage of the new stuff from Biotech and Odyssey, there will be no ETA but I will post updates every now and then on the Discord.

The best version to play with is 1.0, none of the other versions are anywhere near as fleshed out

It'll be updated as/when I get the time and inclination to do so, I'm currently devoting most of my free time to developing my own game so my modding projects have taken a back seat. As for what, it'll probably be reintroducing the old 1.0 version features at first.

Sure, I'll add spacecarp to the list for the first update, Megafauna would be better to leave for a future update focused on lavaland and the like because it'd give me more time to really make them fun and unique
