This is a mod for the grenade launcher not the M16 in-game.

I only got the grande launcher to work, the M16 part wouldn't work.

it is a m16a4*

isnt a m16a4, its an m16a2 with the generic grendade launcher. M16A4 with m203 has its own barrel and the m203 is just stuck tot he bottom, its not combined with the barrel such as the A2

Also, the grenade is ejected as soon as you slide the barrel forward due to how its ejector/extractor are designed in real life. Other than that - a perfect combo set.
