@Goaty still strange and something that doesn't occur on my end. Idk how am I supposed to fix that up if I'm not having said bug.

This happened to me in singleplayer and on my friend's server. Where the explosion for the grenades gets WAY bigger than usual, which of course lags the hell out of us.
