@nip_683 this isn't an NPC, it's an extension to an already existing NPC (The one required for this addon to work)
This addon just lets that NPC multiply when it kills a player. Read the description.

Exactly. Though there is a pill pack where you can be one yourself, it's not the same as having it as a SNPC.
