Gas units in unturned, are in unsigned 16 bit numbers, which this mod supports the full capacity of this data type(65535 gas units are set in the config file for the admin gas can, in this mod.).

There's enough capacity in the admin gas can to fill up at least 3 industrial generators, with a full admin gas can.

That wouldn't work in the sense of a multi use item that could be used multiple times without being refiled. The best that you could do with that is to have it completely replenish your water when it's used, although I don't think it would have an effect on the water tank to fill that up any faster.

I couldn't really say for sure for that, specifically, as I've never used it, but if it does have some form of workshop config in it, I'd believe that it should work by workshop Id, which you can get in either the workshop url or from the description.
