average sauce you could be looking at like some 2009 wikipedia when i searched it up it showed as a eurypterid not a spider.

@Average Sauce I quote from the very page I linked "the strata in which Megarachne has been found indicates that it dwelled in freshwater and not in marine environments." sure, it didn't live in the oceean like my preview image, but it still lived in the water and wasn't a spider.
