Thank you kindly. I just didn't want to be the bad apple that spoiled it for everyone else. So I'll wait for you to direct me to where the park asset is, or glance at your Mod list from time to time.

Great, but I didn't want you to take away from those that want the "Unique Building." What I was asking was to have a "Separate" Park Version for those that prefer it. This way those that like one or the other can choose between them, like the many gas stations already out there.

Not really, a lot of my friends like this too. Plus it was just a suggestion if the Modder would consider do it for those of us that like it. I could care less about employee status, and what-nots. It just looks nice on the highways, and exits/entrances to cities.

Many Gas Station Mods have the Park Asset Version, and I have most of them, and looking at the subsciptions, and favorites... I'm obviously not the only one that enjoys them. They do attract visitors, and thats good enough for me, but I mostly use them for decor, like any other park asset I have, and use.

@𝕭𝖔𝖇 🐱☕ you are an extreme minority exception. Most buulders prefer buildings that actually have employees and generate business traffic and trade. Parks that look like buildings, do none of that

I don't use RICO, nor do I have a desire to. I'm patient enough to wait for Conno's addition for a Park Asset, but thanks for the suggestion.

@Bob, you can always alter the cost of maintainance and placement with the RICO mod

Remember when they used to have a bunch of these around town in Ontario. Was sad to see them go.

Very nice, but I would also like to see a Park Asset version made available for those of us that like decorating with different, and more affordable gas stations, such as this one: http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=530187613 .

I know this is new, and I'm hopeful you'll add a Park version. As it is now, it's just far too expensive to purchase, maintain, and enjoy like the one I linked above. That one is a Park Asset, and cost $15,000 to buy, and $40 to maintain.

I would also like to see your Exxon Station as a Park Asset too. You do very nice work, but on the expensive side for me to enjoy, and use.
