I was wondering because I have voice mods that say they are overlapping but they can't be because I only have 8, and they are for each of the 8 characters. Meaning one for each and it is so odd that it keeps telling me that I have overlapping mods. I'm glad I was able to fix it with snd_rebuildaudiocache but they overlapping message and red outline on my voice mods is annoying x.x
Anyway, thanks again and good job on the mod

@rex better safe than sorry, but you can sure delete the mod or uncheck and it still works.

Hi, quick and easy question for you: After following all directions and everything works fine, will I be able to uncheck the box in the addons section of the game and still have the voice pack working or does the addon have to be checked at all times? thanks

I downloaded it for when I want it, I don't care if Bill is a girl, who sounds like a old man who has smoken 765 ciggerates.

Well at the very least it removes Bill's voice entirely. Not that you'd be able to hear this voice pack over the sound of your footsteps, but the silver lining is that if you did want to replace Bill with a female survivor, then this mod would prevent Bill's voice from breaking immersion. So it's not a total loss.

sorry for bad quality voice. since i was using DFX to amplify the sound, I didnt know the mod voice was indeed that soft. And didnt have tiem to revamp it. hope some one can remake the voice pack soon, as I'm busy for life

@dude Pivot, ya, you're high. Most underwhelming mod ever. Cant hear anything she says. Mod needs to have redone audio at higher recorded level. Its inaudible. For the trouble to get it to play its not worth the effort once you hear how soft it is. Sticking with Bill.

好吧，我简单翻译一下。 注意！！！！！！ 此语音包是替换的求生1的人物 比尔（老头）
1. 下载 GCFscape （这个软件是解压语音包的）
2.使用GCFscape 打开这款MOD，并且将它解压到 \Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\
dlc 2\sound\player\survivor\voice\namvet
以及
dlc 3\sound\player\survivor\voice\namvet ，这2个是不同文件夹，解压完成后进游戏
3.进游戏以后，直接在控制台输入：snd_rebuildaudiocache
4.代码输入完以后，会弹出一个类似游戏读图的界面，右下方有一个进度条，等进度条读满。
5.最后在控制台里面输入： Exit 这时，游戏会关闭，重新启动游戏就会有语音了。

Copy that sound folder to dlc2 and 3

when i opened this pack there was only 1 sound file, no dlc2 or dlc3

Btw for l4d1 you are forced to extract voice pack after subscription to dlc2 and dlc3 then use snd_rebuildaudiocache. For l4d2 voice they dont need to

I only use the laugh of rachel ooze for some laugh voice. And also taunt. I remember never put them to alertgiveitem. But lol thanks that you are scared by rachel ooze

why some voice lines like alertgiveitem she sounded like she was wispering, that just creepy.. Did you also use Rachel Ooze voice line in this mod?
