To anyone who s wondering. This is Seattle Washington state. The photographer name is Aurelie Curie and there is a bunch of alike works in her profile. Picture probably was taken from the space needle facing to the east or whereever else.

This is Seattle - it's a building called Olive 8. The photo looks to be taken looking northeast and before 2015 (or else the Premier on Pine building would also be in the shot).
