The sizes of my buses are modelled to 1:1 scale and as accurately as possible within the limitations of the game.

maybe the bus size is too small..............could you change the size please. I have mad a rough edit of this bus into National Express West Midlands Platinum Livery for Personal use Only. Its my first time doing a vehicle but i will only upload it to the workshop with your permission because without your initial hardwork modelling etc i wouldnt of had the inspiration to make this model.

No, Hong Kong doesn't have Enviro400 MMCs yet, Either you have mistaken the Enviro500 MMCs (3-axle) for the Enviro400 MMCs (2-axle) or you have mistaken them for the Enviro400 Euro V, which is slightly different.

I've not made a E500, the Volvo olympian update is currently not in my list, as I need to redo the front.

The design can probably handle around 90-95 legally, but if you stuff people like sardines, like in Hong Kong, you can definately put 110 people in the bus.
