Subscribe to the skin, then go to one of the purple tables to change your skin. You might need to press the refresh icon for new skins to appear.

i had to hit "Refresh" while on the skin area (pink table),,i got it working

It's in the same menu you use to change into any skin, you have to go to one of the purple table things found throughout the world. The in-game image I have on here is what it looks like.
