There is a trick to adding tar without spilling. But I have added an event horizon as an option that does not use tar. it is in my workshop.

This little gate had a snowball effect. It started me on an Egyptian/Stargate theme and I just keeps getting bigger.

it already has 4 teleporters in it.

You can dig otu the centre 2 blocks and put a teleporter there.

After building this again from my blueprint, I discovered that the tar can be a little annoying. I suggest saving that for the last, and removing the blueprint before inserting tar. You should only need 1 tar per row. It will flow down to fill.
