I have IPT and the Bio-Bus Depot and your bus doesn't appear. Anything I need to enable in the IPT?

It should do, if you use IPT, you can select the Bio-Fuel Depot, though the bus still has the noise polution like a normal bus.

does this work with the Bio Fuel Bus depot?

Not at this moment, I have a few other release to make first, all of which are single door versions.
