@mrt-mt Not necessary. Usually it's even better if the plattform is after the intersection, because this way the tram get's their own traffic light phase till it crosses, then can do the passenger change, and only after it starts moving again send the signal for the next traffic light. Otherwise the tram is staying on the stop and making passenger change, light is changing, tram can't go because people are still entering the tram, and poof signal is gone and we have to wait for another 2 minutes.
