What does the creator's profile pic on the map do?

Hi! I’m having an issue with weird stains and distortions on the brick wall textures on all the walls of the map. The walls look blurry and pixelated in many places, which really ruins the appearance. Does anyone know how to remove or fix these texture problems? I’d really appreciate any advice!
