Everything with 2 or 3 layers of heavy armor in front of it can pretty much do that.
Just make sure you have no armed nukes onboard >.>

... i'm still looking for a ship with a module that is a 4 person pod that is orbit-to-ground capable... but it needs to survive up to 20km/s (or whatever the spead is in space engineers) impact. planning to launch it from orbit and break through a wall but still maintain it's cargo/passengers so i can deploy men behind enemy lines :) or in a base with a roof on it :P

u might want to add a jumpdrive addon too ur pack...

Modular sections to ships are a wonderful little thing, probably gonna use the Victoria as intiration for some designs.
