1) determine the direction of the road (north-south or east-west)
2) very important, make sure you are ON the lot
3) if the road is north-south, input "/lot road n s" into the console
4) if the road is east-west, inpu "/lot road e w" into the console
5) make sure the gates are open if you want traffic to go through
6) done!

Example: Use /lot road n s to mark a lot as a road that cars can drive north/south on.
You may be able to get security guards to spawn by creating a Security zone
