I cannot recall actually where the single arc sign goes, but you can press F on the cornerstone and check the box at thebottom "Show missing blocks"

Really cool build. I added it to the Atlantean Base up in the hovering circle. I just had one question though.....where is the arc sign supposed to go? I've missed it somewhere...thanks.
