1 Subscribe this Workshop in steam
2 Start CS:GO
3 Play CS:GO > Workshop-Maps > Check if Aztec is there
4 Get back to your desktop
5 File directory > Search your steam folder > steamapps > common > Counter-Strike Global Offensive > csgo > maps > > workshop > Find de_aztec.bsp in existing folders and copy the file
6 Go back to ... > steamapps > common > Counter-Strike Global Offensive > csgo > maps > Paste the file
7 Get back to CS:GO or start the game
8 Settings > Game > Set "Activate developer console": Yes
9 Keyboard/Mouse > UI > Open console > Remember the key ;-)
10 Open console and insert: map de_aztec;game_mode 0;game_type 1
Tipp: Copy the command. After a match is done, press key to open the console > paste > enter > have fun
11 Repeat step 10 until you gain your archivements.

гайд : подписались тут. Дальше в стиме в папке карты, воркшоп находите папку \csgo\maps\workshop\1193875520 из нее копируете файлы в папку Maps ( 2 фолдерами выше по реестру) Дальше заходите в кс го во кладку соревновательный режим, выбираете практика с ботами, ставите ботов експертов. и выбираете любую карту.. для примера даст 2. Когда карта запустилась, пишите в консоли map de_aztec после чего заходите за кт на самом ацтеке и пишете mp_round_restart_delay 0.01; mp_roundtime_defuse 0.01; mp_freezetime 0; mp_maxrounds 210; mp_restartgame 1 наслаждаетесь ачивкой ветерана

I used Abschiebär console command and worked fo rme - remember to make sure the map is also copied in to your maps folder (\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\maps) and not just in the workshop folder
