What's the purpose of mod class if the helmet is roulette flair? Also, is that Sonic legs on 2nd screenshot?

@Lackhuys/Ori Instantly available scripts seem to not work with hat flairs, and since this went from a duplicate Time Stop to a Time Stop flair, it now has to be unlocked from the roulette.

i have an idea! why not make it shoot pellets like in megaman? and change abilities when changing dyes?

@shadree Megaman has a lot of weapons over the years, including one called "Time Stopper" "Time Slow" "Flash Stopper" and "Centar Flash" a lot of them either froze enemies (or time) or slowed down everything for a little bit
