Yes, the Juliet is a bit of a 'jack of all trades, master of none.' It just carries a little bit of everything to deal with small fleets or to support larger specialized ships. Fitting the vertical launch systems and this many countermeasures was already cutting it close to operational limits.

Using the Juliet in a fleet in conjunction with, say, a Kingfisher or Hermes would round out it's submarine warfare capabilities.

if i remember right the missile gantrys explode, maybe use something else for the railings like paddles or window blocks.
