No. Maybe it's just me not knowing better, but I saw people split over whether 1 is prime.

If the last number of my serial is zero do I skip nobody and the potential godfather the last person I come to either clockwise or counter?

Ok, I'm confused: How do you figure out who the godfather is exactly, and what does it mean "skipping people equal to the last number of the serial"?
