I think I know how this would work:

Requires gasoline and bullets.
Gasoline is consumed 1% every 2-4 seconds, can not be refilled by ammo packs or dropped weapons.
On spin up, it also acts like a very-very short-range flamethrower (because of the scythes)
Only holds 100 bullets.

It would be an excellent anti-scout weapon.

i checked the forum and i think that you should increase the health buff a little, also since there are scythes on the barrels why not make it so when it's spinning(not necesarily firing) it can do mele damage?

The taunt should be when the Heavy winds up the minigun and charges at a fast rate. Also, when winding up or firing, any enemy coming close to the Heavy and from the front should be skewered.
