Ok, I found out how to get them. I'll try to explain it to others. So, what you do is subscribe to the particular mod you want, and then start the game up. Starting the game up will download the folder for which the mod is in it. Exit the game. Go to your steam folder (mine is like steam/steamapps/common/killing floor) and if you arrange things based off of Date Modified, then your newest thing should be a compressed folder and in it, should be the files of your new skin. Now, the stuff that is in the Systems folder, needs to be taken out and put into your main system folder (which is found inside of the killingfloor folder). Do the same for the textures file (some of his mods, he puts it in a folder labeled texture, instead of textures, so besure to read it). Once done, it should be ready to go. Just start the game and test it. Hope that helps anyone with confusion on these things.
