Don't like the Yellow and Grey. Those should be changed, because they clash with the scale look, but I like it.

Cool, you capture that mermaid feel to it well. Maybe you could do a darker version of it that resembles dragons? That'd be awesome and would fit Medieval mode well (and also the darker tones of TF2).
