playerenchantobject [Item ID]+[Enchantment ID]+[Enchantment ID]

Havn't tested it out, but that's because someone mentioned enchanting the item.

I see where to find this shield *glad it's a hvy shield, but wanted to know if we can craft it as well (to have one without that enchantment on it).:goldshield:

@Domek Try thinking of this artifact as more of a cultist group's creation, not one of Azura's divine/daedric(depending on who you ask) artifacts. Seems more lore friendly that way anyways. Not my mod though, so what do you think RonnieMagnum?
