Used this for a while also and generally like what it does.
I would prefer options to pick up all potions, all gems, all soul gems, all scrolls, all ingredients, etc. These are generally always low wight high value items I end up looting anyway.

While diagnosing a problem, I noticed that my Skyrim error logs, have tons and tons of errors related to PIF. It seems this mod adds a script to every known container and corpse in the game (which will stay there forever, even if you uninstall PIF... Bethesda's fault).

Couple of issues there:
1. Hugely inefficient bloat, leading to slow downs as reported by others.
2. New containers and foes from mods and Dawnguard won't automatically loot.

Got a bit fed up but still liked the concept, so ended up writing my own mod for this. Just a different approach to providing the same capability. Thanks so much for the inspiration.

I really like the idea, but the mod slows down my inventory extremely (maybe my PC is too slow). Your script seems to take too much time to look for the items I want from a chest so that picking things up without the mod is faster... Can you do something about that?

WARNING! This mod may mess up Mounted melee combat, it did for me. Might have something to do with this: http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/699347-attention-mod-authors-mounted-combat-and-race-records/
Uninstalling the mod will resolve the issue.

I love this mod, if I could see anything added to it, it would be alchemy ingredients though. Thanks for the effort you've put into it. xD

Loved it! I'd like that you fix the mod when I try to loot an already dead body (not killed by me) the mod doesn't work.

@Florius: Sorry but I have to learn for my exams at the moment.

At the current state the mod should work for almost every creature/chest in the world, but another mod interacts with this mod.

Seems to be only picking up some times from chest but never from any npcs or creatures out in the world

Huh, I was in a cave and found a TestJeremyBig in there, but I just thought it was something left behind by Bethesda. I'll let you know if I find another one.

And this only happens when your mod is active. I don't know, maybe there is some crazy interaction between your mod and one of 20 others I installed :(

Problem is not in the name. Problem is Centurion creatures are replaced with different creatures. As far as I could make it out, these creatures are present in the game for testing purposes. Check this list, for example: http://skyrim.mmo-game.eu/lists-npcs-and-factions/ . There is a creature 0010D140 : TestJeremyBig (AADeleteWhenDoneTestJeremyBig). That's what I'm talking about.

My mod places always the same script only on races and not on each NPC. It doesn't change their name (because, as already said, it's always the same script). The names of the NPC are shown in English (this is a creation kit issue) but not changed. If the script would change their names, all of them would be changed and not only the centurion ones. So this cannot be my mod (if have checked it twice).

Dude, I mean no offense, but your mod is a fuckup. Because it changes all the dwarven centurions to GIANT NUDE GUYS with 50 hp and no loot named TestJeremyBig. It took me a lot of time to determine which of my 20 installed mods does this, and it's yous. Checked twice. No your mod - Centurion. Your mod active - giant nude guy. How did you even managed to do that?!!!!

ok this is easily to fix: open the console ("^" button) and then write "set PifFirstTime to 1" (without the quotes). now should get the book when you loot a body

Thank you. I have already made a book and I'm testing it now. @Florius: Thank you for your response :) It's important that I get every possible bug. The inventory doesn't open sometimes, that's right. But that's not a fault of mine. When you kill an enemy and press the activation button (which opens the inventory) too early, the game doesn't open it sometimes. This still happens without my mod ;) (And if you press the activation button again, it works)

Cool stuff! A great way to add config in-game is to attach a "config" script to a book using the OnRead event and MessageBoxes. I can give you more info if you're interested.

@Florius The commands is not working because you (most likely) write "PifArrows 1" instead of "set PifArrows to 1". Atleast that's what i did the first time :P And yea, it seems that things that are already dead in a location is not auto-looted, such as skeletons and draugr.

EDIT: I travelled to blue palace and back, killed a fishermen and it said blablabla welcome to.
I went to some place with draugs, and it picks up gold.
It didnt say no lockpicks.
And the command still didnt worked.

Can you add the ability to pick up gems too? :$

EDIT2: It worked on all draugs (like 10 that I tried) and 1 didnt pick up gold :$
It was a draugh that was already dead somehow

EDIT3: If I open inventory, it picked gold, and didnt open inventory... (sorry that I complain so much, but it is only on 1 out of 10, and it helps me soooo much!)
