Don't be afraid to delete what you've done. Just make a backup first. This map looks almost nothing like what I had originally designed for it.

Finally, start small. If you're new to map making you're biggest struggle is finding the right size of maps. You' dont want the enemy team travelling for too long and u also don't want ur archers shooting from 1 side of the base to the either. So figuring out hte right size is going to take a lot of testing. I also recommend not playing around too much with the sizes of the building/prefab models. I made that mistake in this one and it made for some wonky clipping issues.

These are alright, a bit confusing at times and could use an update but helps if you're stuck one something.

Im kinda new to this as well, when im making a map i kinda just go with the flow of things. I'll design my outline of a city first and all the paths through the city first. This way i can get a feel of how the battles will play out and where there should be more defense/weak spots. After that, decoration wise, I struggle with too. I've leaned quite a bit from the new map im working on tho. It helps a lot to load up in-game maps to get a feel of each races architecture and style.

@Aizen2468 Really happy to hear you're enjoying the map. The stairs are easily the biggest issue with clipping right now, they're honestly just a pain the in the ass to get right, but i have gotten mch better at them. I'll definitely have a look soon to see if i can make any of the stairs better on this map.

I absolutely LOVE this map! It's so neat and well designed :D Occasional issues of clipping with units and stairs though

@Ahtuno make sure you're looking in land battles, the in-game name is the same as the title here. map might also need to finish downloading before you launch the game. lastly make sure you got it checked on in the launcher. i made that mistake myself a few times while testing the map

@/)_(\ The AI works much better on attack than defense. This is my first map so i'm still trying to figure out a lot.

I love the GCCM crew and what they do, I couldn't be happier if they want my map for their mod. I just dont think I meet all their requirements. I'll definitely have a look into it and see if i can make any needed adjustments.

does the ai works and can you ask the GCCM team to put it in vortex campaign or ME :) would be cool for more variations of different cities
