I haven't worked on it ever since its release, so I wouldn't know. You can however extract its source code and see what's up with it, though.

I've heard from some other people that some of these re skins fail to show up, one being the fleshpound. The only skins I've seen work are the ones for the crawler and the cysts. Is this mod still 100% compatible with the current version?

I honestly don't remember, you're going to have to look into the source yourself I think.

Do these zeds have increased health/stats or no?

Haven't updated this at all for a while, but basically you have to use a mutator/gamemode like HardModeBoss to get the zeds to spawn in. Alternatively, you can make your own gamemode and just replace the AT_Bloat class to the one listed above for example, shouldn't be too hard if you put a lil research in

I suspect this is due to the workshop item not being installed properly by default. This is a known issue with KF2 workshop and I can help you if you accept my friend request
