Well, I think now with how people are making individual skins I'd say this has potential to come back.

I think it should be entirely redone with the textures and all that but I like the idea. And also the grenade and sticky launchers would definitely be a must.

Once I tried to do it for the grenade launcher, it looked almost good but not enough to consider release. But I'm no longer on skinmaking since quite a long time now. Pre-jungle inferno design is a very difficult gambling and I have no more motivation.
Maybe a day, if the stars align...

This looks really good, but I think this only being limited to the minigun would make quite a few people upset.

Don't worry, it's not a big rework, it's more a material rework than anything else.

Barkeep minigung, but it should be multi-weapon, like the way Valve is pushing warpaint. Please fix that.
