I agree with A pack of badgers. Maybe instead of the over/under backpack styles, make it free hanging, possibly replacing the dog tags.
Also, maybe add a texture style that's just a solid-colored tie.
And speaking of colors, the big question: are there plans to make this paintable?

It looks good but should be a multi class (Sniper,heavy,soldier.etc)
