For those like me that thought the capes are bugged: it seems to be intentional. The cape is hanging from the strap that goes from the shoulder to hip. It just looks a bit awkward but doesn't seem to actually be unintentional clipping.

Max has a compilation mod of Claus' stuff that I'd recommend over this. Unrestricted Customisation isn't a requirement. IIRC, the cosmetics are available to all soldiers by default.

Is UC needed only for all the soldiers to have these? Because I need this just for the Templars.

ok sooooo i have an issue if anyone is here, i can apply templar's gear to regular soldiers and i cant seem to remove it, i do not have unrestricted customization installed yet tho so that could be my fault

As you're not using the Required Item then grab "Empty WOTC Deco Slots for XCOM Soldiers", assuming you don't want to get Unrestricted Customisation.

"[WOTC] Invisible Parts For Hero Units" could be worth grabbing too.

If you don't want to install Unrestricted Customization and just want this gear for your Templars (instead of all soldier classes), you can replace this mod's xcomcontent.ini with this one:

... Alternatively, you can remove the lines that don't end in "SoldierTemplar" that are for the Thigh location part, and that should work too while keeping all the other options for all the soldiers... but I think you might have to make a new entry for Plated thighs for templars, not sure.

BUGGED. Models are great, but the mod implementation is messy. Many of the new parts are allowed on regular soldiers, and they should be 'Templar' only. These new assets get stuck on regular soldiers who aren't suppose to have the specific armor slots like 'Thighs'. AKA the stuck skirts people are reporting. NEEDS FIXING.

This mod is great.
I am not experiencing any of the stuck robe skirt issue many complain here about.
Most likely because I actually have the required unrestricted customization mod installed.

I have one request.
Any chance you might consider adding an alternate version of the cape/sash torso gear item that doesn't actually include the cape portion?
I specifically installed the mod because of the look of that torso piece as it would really help with my Mortal Kombat character pool I am doing. Not having a cape would make this item so much more versatile.

im having an issue where all my soldiers have the thigh pieces and i cannot remove them for some reason and its really annoying because i cant customise people as i like with this mod but i really like the mod and would rather not remove it so if anyone can help me out here id be ever greatful

i also have this problem, the skirts bugged my game and made it so that no matter how i customize all my soldiers, they all get stuck with the skirt overlapping the armour i choose.
shame cause apart from that this mod is NICE.

i cant stay subbed to it for this reason but if you can fix this issue i would definitely replay with this mod as it is very good apart from this bug its causing. and yes i have narrowed it down to this mod, it is not user error on my part im fairly certain.

If I'm already using a mod that allows for Hero Slots on regular soldiers, do I need the prereq for this mod? If I don't need this to enable that, I'd prefer it. I dont necessarily want to be able to use female arms for male bodies, and vice-versa, and I have a bunch of other cosmetic mods, so I don't know if I want to scroll that much :()

Having this, your helmet mod, and Unrestricted customization enabled instantly crashes WotC.

The skirts are a pain in the arse, accidentally went on that tab for one of my guys who isn't a templar and now I can't remove the skirt. Unsubscribing until it is fixed.

The thigh skirts are irritating as hell since pretty much all my soldiers spawn with them 50% of the time and they can't be removed. Please add option for "no skirt" in thigh gear customization

You don't need to use that mod, only reason is there is because of the fact the mod adds options for all factions and there's a "bug" for say a Reaper gets the Templar shoulders and you can't change them because there's no option for it.

Any chance of a version that doesn't require Unrestricted Customization? I'm not a fan of that mod since it unlocks absolutely everything from the start, whereas I prefer progressive unlocking of new gear and the associated customizations, as the gods intended.

Could you maybe make it so that you can use the leg plates that are on the skirt without needing to put on the skirt?

I'm referring to those who have their soldiers have this when upgrading.

Have you checked in the options to tone down the spawn of the armor?
