Your v2 version is much better.
This one is boring and grey grey grey, except for the sulphur-yellow sun.

After seeing your War Paint, I was inspired to try and make one of my own. Apologies if the bright colors are off-putting. I just really think that your idea is a great one and I was inspired by you to try and add to it.

I think the sun stands out too much. Try to either give a faint team color to the sky or desaturate the sun.
