Doesn't even include the Ascent logo. Without the logo, colours for Ascent and Se7en are way too similar.
Because its colour scheme is taken from the Ascent logo, it uses a team colour but has no RED version.
Releasing a war paint for a skin that is based on *any* competitive league 6on6 team that might break up, rename itself (including a new logo) or disappear by next season or next year is a bad idea.
As a Spectator view weapon skin mode for tournaments, along with team specific uniforms as we have seen during the 2015 and 2016 TF2 World Cup, sure. Or as special weapons skins given to competitive players of that team by Valve, like a medal, that would be cool. But not as a generic war paint in the main game, no. Let's not forget that the 6on6 comp scene is a tiny minority of the TF2 players base.
