Make sure you have the required item on the left, which is the wood decal.

Once you've activated it in the content manager you should find it in the walking paths.

Thanks, I actually have it but since I didn't use TM:PE much, I also neglected really using the road. I'll give it another shot.

No, it can't elevate. For a boardwalk I would recommend the Network Extensions zonable walking path.

Can it elevate? Would be nice as a boardwalk next to water.
