Your design is now lack of reactors and radiators. Maybe you can add them back later so that the design will be functional again.

Nvm, i get the point of the shield now. Pretty cool. A thin aluminium bumper (whipple shield) to break up the asteroids would probably do just as good a job at those speeds.

Unless you plan on flying to another solar system you're not gonna get anything out of that delta-v, and even then you could probably get away with removing half the fuel tanks. As for the plate, you should probably be more worried about the ship snapping from the force.

Nice. My attempt at a similar design involved waaaaay to many radiators, so nice. It looks good. Just... what's with that plate at the back.
