is anyone reading description? its a tranquilizer..
Stats:

Silent killer
On headshot enemy goes 75% speed for 2 seconds and increases depending on distance, stops enemy from using weapon for 0.5 second and stops enemy from using effect of jarate, milk, uber.

50% less damage on bodyshot
30% less firing speed
10% less health from healthpacks

i would say the stats that i think it should have are...

-No noise when shot
-20% less damage
-15% slower firing speed
-First shot is very accurate
-When you get a backstab you get 1 guaranteed crit
-No random crits

@Beretta92: Some kinds of revolvers, like the one L'Etranger is based off of, can in fact be suppressed, as they have a design that eliminates the gap between the chamber and the barrel when firing.
