No it isn't, Ezio Auditore is his name. "Da Firenze" just means, "of Florence". "Ezio Auditore Da Firenze" just means "Ezio Auditore of Florence".

Oh it didn't really state that he wasn't going to be in armor, only that you can get his armor and weapon. My interpretion was that he was in armor, but there was a mod where you could have his armor too. :T Ahh well. Thanks though.

Well, if you lost him in a dungeon or the wilderness, you will have to spawn him in again.
If you don't know how to do that, open the console with `, which is right below esc. Type help ezio, (no comma) and it will give you a listing for an NPC named Ezio Auditore. Next to that is a series of numbers and letters in parentheses. Now, again in the console, type player.placeatme and then the series of numbers and letters. He'll pop up right in front of you.
