Is there a way to have kind of config file with enabled mod per saved game?

@WHOOLEE AVO and SVR do different things. As for the tree rotation mod, not sure which one you are talking about but bofomer has 2 versions and they both seem to do the same.

Replace AVO with Service Vehicle replacer, and theres a newer Rotate Trees mod
