@Georg Ravioli Thank you for your answers, I will look in the editor but if you have scenarios DRO with the advanced medical ACE I would be a taker! Your missions are really top :cta_emo2:

In that case, you may need to add the module to the mission, which can only be done in the editor. There may be other DRO missions on the workshop with ACE advanced medical built in.

What I mean, I adjust the advanced medical ace, but in the game it does not work it stays on normal care.

@korda, you just have ACE medical loaded and configure it in your user settings. Go look at ACE's documentation to figure that out.
