Started using this and the game because much more immersive.

Gave me a massive fps boost in a lot of cpu intensive areas. And it makes it look great.

Do you have a version that only removes the fog closer to the ground?

I hatehatehate the stupid fog in the game especially if your like me and have to sacrifice some specs in the game for performance cuz my computer isn't rigged out. Thanks this will help alot. Will adding this mod possibly help fps ?

I can't promise you because my PC broke last week and I dunno when I will be able to fix it. In the meantime you can download the full version from the Nexus link in the description.

Yes I have that mod as well, however it doesn't seem to work with new locations introduced in the dlcs, and the author hasn't updated it since march last year. Maybe you'd be interested to pick it up from there.

Is it possible to do this for exterior fogs? Push the fog back further rather than removing it.

No, thats the Vanilla Version only. If you need the Full Version or the DLC modules, visit the Nexus page in the Description.

I changed lighting templates and cells accordingly. Dont know how it works on translations.

Does this mod change general parameters or did you change every interior one by one? The latter one would need a translation in order to be played in other languages, because it would change every interior name into english.

I love this mod! To me it makes the game look so much better.

Maybe on low-end hardware, but i dont think so, as this mod pushes fog back until its not visible anymore. It dont completely remove the fog so the fps should be the same.

Gonna give this a shot. In truth, I never noticed the immense amount of fog until I saw the differences in your screenshots. I feel that though, in some cases, the fog is useful, it is a bit over the edge and taxing on some people's computers.
