Seems to Apply to the AI too. Probably makes the game nearly unplayable if you head on to a domination campaign :/

a better way for this to work is make it so theres different market types so you dont just get all of them you must choose which one unless you have more settlements.

The AI can build Legendary Dojos,if they have the Tech,and time.

bit confused. is this going to enable me to build advanced buildings without having access/trade with resource specific provinces? it'll also allow the NPC too, amirite?
