for some reason the car itself is an error and it's just a floating lightbar, even though i got all the required addons

The only suggestion would be this: The timing and pattern of the pulsing is a bit jarred and jolty.

About the texture problems, I suggest you :

#1 Download all the requirements if you haven't already
#2 Unsubscribe & resubscribe to the requirements
#3 Relaunch the Game several times
#4 Verify Game Cache

Interesting, all accept CHP Skin 7 are un-textured. Yes I have your textures. And all the requirements.

Sorry I can't right now, it would take ages to change the Photon file because I use a complex Photon configuration method, I'd have to delete these configs to make an undercover version & add it to the Configurations and make it all back to normal

Delete the addon & the requirements of it from your Garry's Mod Addons folder & reload the game a couple times, it was fixed by CrushingSkirmish, it should be fixed when you relaunch the game

For some reaso the skins are mirrored on the right side instead of flipped. It has not happened before but I can't seem to fix it.

Well there is a mod I have that I am not sure of but it has been affect my Scars, my weapons, some of my Vehicles and my WAC aircrafts

I suggest you :

#1 Download all the requirements if you haven't already
#2 Unsubscribe & resubscribe to the requirements
#3 Relaunch the Game several times
#4 Verify Game Cache

Also, delete any other mod you have concerning this car

@MICKAEL BLAKE Well in the CHP configuration the second config under Marked when lights are on they flash but missing the Light equipment for the Rear window of the car

Right Click on the car, and Left Click on "Equipment" to change between the 8 Configurations Available

Press "X" to get the takedown lights to work !

-Working Front Lights and Tail Lights
-Working Spotlights
-Working Red Left Spotlight (CHP)
-Working Interior Steady Burn Red Light (CHP)

Hold "X" to alternate between the 3 Illumination Light modes !
